When is the deadline for REGISTRATION?
OMNIA Carnival Notting Hill Carnival Band Online Registration is OPEN until WEDNESDAY 31st JULY 2019. You can register for the section of your choice, with a deposit, until MIDNIGHT on SATURDAY 29th JUNE 2019. Band registration continues, however, ONLY FULL PAYMENT costume registration will be accepted. Registration ENDS at MIDNIGHT on WEDNESDAY 31st JULY 2019 or when last costume is sold.
What are my payment options?
All major Credit and Visa Debit cards are accepted for online payments. Payment may be made in full or by paying a deposit on registration and making a balance payment to complete your order.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED TO PAY YOUR COSTUME BALANCE BY MIDNIGHT on WEDNESDAY 31st JULY 2019 if the deposit option is chosen. Allocated costumes will be sold on and deposit forfeited if balances are not paid on time.
Always register via our website to ensure registration is valid.
Can I get a refund if I no longer wish to partake?
No. Omnia Carnival does not offer refunds. Costumes are made to your provided measurements; therefore a customised item.
What do I need for costume registration?
For registration, you need the following size information.
Ladies: Bra Size (34A, B, C), Hipband Size (in inches), Bottom Piece Size (S, M, L)
Ladies: Bra Option (Regular Bra, Wire Bra, Monokini)
Ladies: Bottom Piece Option (Bikini, Hot Shorts, Thong (on request))
Men: Waist Size (in inches)
Men: Vest Size (S, M, L, XL, XXL)
Can I order extra items with my costumes?
The costumes may have different additional options. These options, if available will be shown on the registration page.
Costumes may come with options for larger headpieces, collars and other embellishments at an additional cost. If these options are available, they will be detailed on the registration page and in the section photo galleries, along with the cost attached.
I did not get a costume, can I be placed on a waiting list?
OMNIA Carnival does not maintain a waiting list; however, there are very rare instances where a masquerader may cancel their order and notify us. Please email email@example.com and we will try our best to get you a costume however we can’t make any promises.
I’ve purchased a costume from another masquerader. How do I transfer the costume to my name?
OMNIA Carnival does not facilitate costume transfers. Please ensure you receive a letter from the original costume owner authorising you to collect on their behalf. This letter must be accompanied by a copy of the original owner’s ID. Alternatively, the original owner can send an authorisation email to firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address used when purchasing their costume.
Do I need ID to collect my costume?
Yes, you will only be given a costume with ID of the owner as named on our system during registration/purchase online.
I’m unable to collect my costume. Can another person collect on my behalf?
Yes. You must provide the person collecting with a signed letter authorising them to collect the costume on your behalf. The letter must be accompanied by a copy of your ID. Alternatively, you can send an authorisation email to email@example.com from the email address used when you purchased your costume.
When is costume distribution?
The costume distribution schedule will be emailed to all masqueraders, posted on our website and social media platforms. The final date of costume distribution is Monday 19th August 2019, after which all uncollected costumes are no longer available. If you are coming in from abroad and have no one to collect on your behalf, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What do I get when I come to costume distribution?
You will receive your costume as per your order, an OMNIA Carnival goodie bag filled with carnival essentials & OMNIA Carnival wristbands.
PLEASE NOTE: Your costume is not complete without your wristbands; masqueraders not wearing the full costume of the section registered in and their wristbands will be removed from the band.

What does OMNIA Carnival’ all-inclusive package include?
OMNIA Carnival’ all-inclusive package includes bottomless premium beverages, meals, snacks, security, music truck, all-star international DJ cast, on-site first aiders, mobile restrooms and of course, your costume.
What events do you host annually?
OMNIA Carnival’ annual events include our Band Launch/Costume Presentation. Our affiliate Busspepper Promotions host monthly events in London throughout the year. You can get more info at www.busspepper.com.
I would like to design my own costume to play with Omnia Carnival.
We strongly encourage our masqueraders to wear their full provided costume on Carnival Monday to ensure easy recognition by our Security Team.
Can I wear or design my own costume?
No. OMNIA Carnival does not allow masqueraders to design their own costumes. You MUST wear your full OMNIA Carnival costume together with Euphoria Carnival wristbands in order to be within the ropes of the band. Any person with only one or the other will be escorted out of the band.
Can my husband/wife jump in the band?
OMNIA Carnival only allows paying masqueraders to jump in the band. Non-masqueraders may observe from the sidelines outside the band, however, they will not be allowed to participate.
Where does the band meet?
The starting point is located in the Ladbroke Grove area – be sure to check your booklet for a specific location (This will be available at costume distribution). We will also be introducing a tracker to relay or location via smartphone during the course of the day.
What time does Mas Parade begin?
The start time will be confirmed in your booklet (This will be available at costume distribution)
