Payment
We offer three payment options. Either full payment via credit card, link (Shopify) or PayPal (including pay in 3).
All orders are treated as and are, indeed, preorders paid in full, where the product will not be available until production is complete; this is due to the custom sizing of costumes.
Production of some costume elements is done overseas, and we aim to have all costumes complete and ready for delivery or collection at least two weeks before Notting Hill Carnival. Where they are delays in either shipment or production, we will endeavour to deliver as close to the original delivery date as possible.
Delivery
Costumes will either be delivered to your chosen address via standard courier (we will inform you of the delivery date and tracking number)or collected at our mas camp distribution. Feathered collars and backpacks cannot be shipped via standard courier due to their fragility and must be collected or delivered by our Specialist Delivery partner (Carnival Concierge) who will charge separately for their service (starting at £30) depending on location.
Costumes must be collected by the person who placed the order on our website. You must have photo identification at the time of collection. Alternatively, you may authorise another person to collect on your behalf. The authorised person must have photo identification.
The costume distribution schedule will be emailed to all masqueraders, posted to this website and advertised on their various social media platforms. Different sections may have varying distribution dates. Due to the nature of the event we cannot offer collection 24hrs prior to carnival. You MUST ensure your costume is collected or delivered by then. We will not be liable for non collection of cotumes.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We will have access to the information for operational purposes.
Your contact information will be used to communicate with you concerning your costume and Carnival-related business. We may also contact you with special promotions and offers. We will not share your information with any third party outside our organisation.
You agree that we may use any images or videos captured with you in costume in marketing and promotional materials or other means of promoting our business. You also agree to waive any right to payment, royalties or further consideration for using such images or videos.
Security
Necessary precautions are taken to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and securely transmitted to the payment processor. You can verify this by looking for "https "at the beginning of the web page's address.
Refunds/Returns Policy
Please note that carnival costumes are custom-made items. As per (UK) Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 Exception for Custom Goods, once payment is made, you will have 14 days before it becomes non-refundable (enters production). We guarantee the item will be produced per the advertised specs and your chosen dimensions.
Additionally, information inputted by you, the customer, will be considered final, and as such, there will be:
- NO exchange or switching of sections.
- NO changing of measurements or sizes
- NO Costume Transfers
- No Returns/cancellations are accepted once production has begun
- No refunds for items that have not been collected
