Delivery
Costumes will be delivered to your chosen address via standard courier (Free for purchases over £100, £10 for orders under £100 - without featherwork). We will send you tracking information once your items are dispatched. We use DHL's next-day service.
Due to their fragility, feathered collars and backpacks cannot be shipped via standard courier. They must be collected or delivered by our Specialist Delivery partner (Carnival Concierge), who will charge separately for their service (starting at £30) depending on location. Alternatively, there is the option of collection from us.
Customers opting for collection
Costumes must be collected by the person who placed the order on our website. You must have photo identification at the time of collection. Alternatively, you may authorise another person to collect on your behalf. The authorised person must have photo identification.
A costume collection timeslot must be chosen at checkout.
Due to the nature of the event, we cannot offer collection 24 hours before the carnival.
